Flexographic printing of plypropylene 2-ply label for the chemical insustry
For a client in the chemical industry, Horizon Label was commissioned to create a custom polypropylene 2-ply label, which was to be used on a chemical bottle. The bottle contains a peel-off top, which is used on quality documentation in a workshop.
We used our 10” Nilpeter Flexographic 8 Color Press and finished the label with gloss and UV coating. It was made of 2-ply BOPP and had 7 colors. This project also required printing in 4 languages.
The finished product, once approved, was promptly shipped to our client in New Jersey, who then shipped it to Europe. Clients in both locations were very satisfied with the results.
